Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Finodha guarantees your satisfaction with the services and support facilitated through this website. We strive to ensure that the best possible services are rendered through our website. If you are not satisfied with any of the services, please send an email to help@finodha.in immediately and we will correct the situation.

Getting Started

1. If you’re not satisfied, simply send an email to help@finodha.in and we will reach out to you at the earliest, during our normal business hours. We are not responsible for any consequences where there was a delay on your part in sending the documents or information. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties, such as affiliates, with a role in processing your order at any point. We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to affiliates.

2. If you want to exchange the product/service you ordered for a different one, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within 60 days of purchase, provided that the original order has not been fulfilled by us yet. The purchase price of the original order, less any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, will be adjusted towards your replacement order. Any payments made directly by you to affiliates of ours are not eligible for exchange or credit. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order or, if a replacement order is not processed within 60 days of purchase, the full original purchase price (in each case less any tax, money paid to government entities or other third parties) will be credited to the original form of payment.

3. Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, the government may reject a company name application or trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of our service. In some cases, a government backlog can lead to long delays before your process is complete. There may also be instances where the government website is down and your order is not completed as a result. Similarly, FiNODHA does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our affiliates. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.

4. Since we’re dedicating time and effort to facilitating your services, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by FiNODHA – not changes to your situation or your state of mind.

ABANDONED ORDERS:

You understand that other than as required by applicable law, you shall have no right to cancel, request a cash refund or obtain credit for any undelivered order after 120 days have elapsed from the purchase date unless FiNODHA is at fault. All itemization of fees is displayed for convenience only. Our Satisfaction Guarantee shall govern delivered orders. Both parties acknowledge that FiNODHA is out of pocket time and money for undertaking the work and both parties fully intend to complete the order. Abandoned orders will result in liquidated damages equal to the amount paid to FiNODHA for reimbursement of our commitment to service this order.
