Eligibility for e-PAN Card Must be an Indian resident. Only for individuals (not companies or HUFs). Must have a valid Aadhaar card and linked mobile number. Should not already have a PAN card.

Application Process Apply online through NSDL or UTIITSL portals. Free for new applicants and those making changes/corrections within a month of issuance. Downloading e-PAN NSDL Portal: Free download if PAN was issued or changed within 30 days. UTI Portal: Requires a valid mobile number/email registered with ITD. Tracking e-PAN Status It takes 15-20 days for issuance. Track status using the 15-digit acknowledgment number on NSDL or UTI portals. Instant e-PAN Download Visit the tax e-filing portal. Click on Instant e-PAN. Enter your Aadhaar number. Validate OTP and Aadhaar details. Receive an acknowledgment number upon successful submission.
