New Rules for Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST)

Central Government introduces Integrated Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Rules effective from June 22, 2017.

Aimed at regulating IGST provisions under Section 20 of the IGST Act, 2017. Rules titled "Integrated Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017."

Deemed to have commenced on June 22, 2017. Rules largely mirror Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
