Amendments in Union Territory Tax Rates

Central Government, on Council recommendations, amends the Union Territory Tax (Rate) notification.

"Gold" replaced with "gold, silver or platinum" throughout the document. Amendment extends to Chapter 71 instead of the specific heading 7108.

Explanation clause (d) redefined to align with the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.
