Amendments in Union Territory Tax Rates

Central Government, upon Council recommendations, makes amendments to the Union Territory Tax (Rate) notification.

Addition of Sl. No. 2A in the Annexure, including "Aerated Water" under code 2202 10 10.

Effective from October 1, 2019, this amendment aims to regulate taxation on aerated water.
