Notification of Amendment: Union Territory Tax (Rate)
Amendment made to Notification No. 2/2017-Union Territory Tax (Rate) dated 28th June 2017.
New entries inserted for goods like Sal leaves, Sisal leaves, Sabai grass, etc., under respective tariff items.
De-oiled rice bran exemption clarified effective from 25th January 2018.
Addition of new entries for items like Deities made of stone, Khali Dona, etc.
Revision of entry for sale of Rupee notes or coins to Reserve Bank of India or Government of India.
Inclusion of Coir pith compost under specified conditions.
Insertion of entries for Sanitary towels, Rakhi (except those made of goods under Chapter 71).
Amendment effective from 27th July 2018.
