Objective:
Extension granted for filing GST returns for July and August 2017.
Applicable to specified details/returns under CGST Act, 2017.
Legal Basis:
Granted under provisions of CGST Act, 2017, and Council recommendations.
Replaces previous notifications dated 8th August 2017.
Extended Deadlines:
For July 2017:
GSTR-1: Up to 10th September 2017.
GSTR-2: Up to 25th September 2017.
GSTR-3: Up to 30th September 2017.
For August 2017:
GSTR-1: Up to 5th October 2017.
GSTR-2: Up to 10th October 2017.
GSTR-3: Up to 15th October 2017.
