Extension of Time for Input Service Distributor Returns

Purpose: Extension granted for Input Service Distributors to furnish returns. Applicable for July 2017.

Legal Basis: Conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of CGST Act, 2017. Supersedes notification No. 26/2017-Central Tax dated 28th August 2017.

New Deadline: Returns for July 2017 now due by 13th October 2017. For August 2017: Extension details for August 2017 return to be notified separately.
