G.S.R (E) - Extension for GST Filing Deadline:

Authority: Granted under Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

Scope: Applicable to registered persons with turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees.

Extension Period: Filing of outward supplies details in FORM GSTR-1 extended from October 2019 to March 2020.

New Deadline: Submission deadline now extended to the 11th of the following month for each covered month.

Further Notifications: Deadline for furnishing details or return under section 38 to be announced in the Official Gazette.
