Notification: Extension of Deadline for GSTR-5A Return

The Commissioner extends the deadline for filing GSTR-5A return. Supersedes Notification No. 42/2017-Central Tax, dated October 13, 2017.

Extension applies to July, August, September, and October 2017. Applicable to persons supplying online information from outside India to non-taxable online recipients.

Filing deadline extended till December 15, 2017. Issued by Ruchi Bisht, Under Secretary to the Government of India.

Aims to provide more time for compliance with GST regulations.
