Amendments to Notification No. 13/2020-Central Tax

Government Notification: Further amendments introduced in Notification No. 13/2020-Central Tax pertaining to GST rules.

Rule Modification: Sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, invoked for changes.

Scope Extension: Term "a financial year" expanded to "any preceding financial year from 2017-18 onwards" for clarity.

Inclusion of Exports: Provision added for issuing invoices for exports, enhancing clarity and compliance.
