Notification No. 15/2022-Central Tax

GST: [TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)]

G.S.R (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 10/2019-Central Tax, dated the 7th March, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 190(E), dated the 7th March, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry “Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 18th July, 2022.
