Download Ledger from Motilal Oswal
It allows you to download your Tradebook or Ledger from their trading portal. A Tradebook or Ledger contains all the transactions made in the stock market from a trading account, covering all segments such as Equity, Futures, Options, and more. Essentially, a trading ledger is the same as a Tradebook. These ledgers are also used to prepare a Profit & Loss statement for a particular financial year, which is crucial when filing income tax on trading income.
Steps to Download the ledger from Motilal Oswal
- Log in to Motilal portal.
You can do it from here.
- Go to Reports
Select Ledger
- You can view your Financial summary
You can do this segment wise - Click on any ledger detail
A pop will be displayed disclosing further details.
- Click on PDF symbol to download the ledger
You can view it from there then.
