Download tradebook from Zerodha
It allows you to download your Tradebook or Ledger from their trading portal. A Tradebook or Ledger contains all the transactions made in the stock market from a trading account, covering all segments such as Equity, Futures, Options, and more. Essentially, a trading ledger is the same as a Tradebook. These ledgers are also used to prepare a Profit & Loss statement for a particular financial year, which is necessary for filing income tax from trading activities.
Steps to download the Ledger/Tradebook from Zerodha
- Visit Console
You can do it from here - Log in with your Kite credentials.
Enter the user name and password
- Go to Reports
Select Tradebook - Select the necessary filters
Click on View - Your transaction details will be shown
On the screen - Click on Download XLSX | CSV
To download your trade book - An excel sheet will be downloaded in your PC
